Your order will ship within 3-5 business days from the date your order was placed. This means that you will receive your order within 5-7 days from the date you place your order. We guarantee all deliveries & provide tracking numbers for your shipments. However, if you choose not to use "signature service" then we can only guarantee delivery to your door - if your package is delivered by FedEx, and then disappears from your doorstep, we can do nothing about it, and will not reship or refund your order. If you feel that it is a possibility that your package might disappear after it has been delivered to your door, we HIGHLY recommend using "signature service."
